Winless rivals Manchester United and Liverpool collide on Matchday 3 of the Premier League.

Manchester City face a difficult trip to Newcastle, while Chelsea visit Leeds and Arsenal are away at Bournemouth.

Tottenham vs Wolves (Saturday, 12.30pm, BT Sport 1)

It is Tottenham and Wolves who kick off the weekend with Spurs’ unbeaten record still intact following Harry Kane’s last-gasp equaliser against Chelsea last Sunday.

That is sure to face a challenge though, with the North Londoners losing four of their last seven home games with Wolves.

But Antonio Conte’s men have been beaten just once in their last 13 Premier League matches, while the visitors are enduring a run of nine without success.

Heung-Min Son has scored 15 goals in 2022, more than any other player. However, the South Korean has not scored in any of the eight games he has played against Wolves.

Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa (Saturday, 3pm)

Two teams with hopes of challenging in the top half of the table are in action as Crystal Palace host Aston Villa.

The Eagles have picked up only four points in their last five Premier League games with the Villans (one win, one draw and three losses).

Steven Gerrard’s men can earn consecutive victories at Selhurst Park for the first time following a 2-1 win last term.

Gerrard has won six of his 14 top-flight away games in charge, with his 43% success rate on the road the best of any permanent Villa manager in the Premier League.

After notching at Anfield on Monday, Wilfried Zaha has scored nine goals in his last 15 Premier League outings, with his last four worth seven points to the South Londoners.

Everton vs Nottingham Forest (Saturday, 3pm)

Fresh off the back of picking up their first Premier League win in 23 years, free-spending Nottingham Forest travel to face a struggling Everton side.

The Reds have won only eight of their 56 top-flight trips to Goodison Park, while the Merseysiders have recorded six clean sheets in their 10 top-flight games against Saturday’s opponents.

Frank Lampard’s Toffees are still searching for their first points of the season — they are looking to avoid losing their opening their three matches for the first time since 1990-91.

It might be their best chance yet to get on the board, with Forest facing more shots (42) than anyone in their first two games while also having the highest expected goals against total (4.03).

Fulham vs Brentford (Saturday, 3pm)

West London counterparts Fulham and Brentford meet for their first ever clash in the English top flight, becoming the 1,445th different fixture to be played in the highest division.

The Bees have only lost one of their last 19 trips to Craven Cottage in all competitions — a 1-0 defeat in the third tier in April 1990 — and are unbeaten in their last 11 games there (five wins, six draws).

Fulham are also on a run of 24 Premier League London derbies without a win (five draws, 19 defeats), with their last success coming in a 2-1 home victory against West Ham in January 2014.

After setting up two in Thomas Frank’s men’s 4-0 demolition of Manchester United last weekend, striker Ivan Toney has been involved in 12 goals in his last 13 Premier League appearances (seven goals, five assists).

Leicester vs Southampton (Saturday, 3pm)

Leicester host Southampton with both sides aiming for their first wins of the season.

Keeping tight at the back as been a common struggle so far, with the pair each shipping six goals in their opening two fixtures.

The Foxes are unbeaten in their last four games against the South Coast club, their longest league run without losing against them since a sequence of six between 1953 and 1968.

James Ward-Prowse has scored more times against Leicester than against any other side (four), while opposing striker Jamie Vardy has been involved in nine goals in 15 Premier League meetings with the Saints.

Bournemouth vs Arsenal (Saturday, 5.30pm, Sky Sports)

Arsenal will bid to maintain their 100% start to the season when they make the trip to newly-promoted Bournemouth.

Scott Parker’s men have recorded one win and one loss so far this season and have not tasted defeat in their last 11 games on home soil.

However, the Cherries have won only one of their 10 Premier League meetings with the Gunners.

Mikel Arteta kept the same starting XI in both of Arsenal’s wins so far. The last season they went unchanged in their opening three was during the Invincibles campaign of 2003-04.

Leeds vs Chelsea (Sunday, 2pm, Sky Sports)

Old foes renew their rivalry on Sunday as Leeds welcome Chelsea to Elland Road.

The Whites are winless in seven Premier League games against the West Londoners, since a 2-0 victory in December 2002.

Since Chelsea ran out 3-0 winners in Yorkshire in May last season, the pair have an identical record in the top flight with two wins, two draws and no defeats.

After netting against Spurs last time out, Chelsea’s Reece James has been involved in 15 goals in his last 24 Premier League starts (six goals, nine assists), while the England international has a goal and two assists in previous encounters with Leeds.

West Ham vs Brighton (Sunday, 2pm)

West Ham will look to get their first points on the board when Brighton visit the London Stadium.

The Hammers failed to find the net in their opening two defeats against Manchester City and Nottingham Forest, while they are also winless in their 10 Premier League meetings with the Seagulls.

Since the start of last season, only Manchester City (49), Liverpool (44) and Chelsea (43) have claimed more points on the road than Graham Potter’s men.

In another boost for the away side, Pascal Gross has been involved in seven goals in eight Premier League outings against the Irons (three goals, four assists), his most versus a team alongside Manchester United. 

Newcastle vs Manchester City (Sunday, 4.30pm, Sky Sports)

Champions Manchester City have ruthlessly begun the season with two wins, six goals scored and none conceded as they come up against Newcastle at St James’ Park.

History points in the way of another win for the Citizens after coming out on top in their last six meetings with the Magpies, while the Tynesiders have won just one of the last 29 league fixtures between the sides.

Summer signing Nick Pope has kept a clean sheet in both of his Premier League outings this term — no goalkeeper has ever earned a shut-out in his first three games for Newcastle.

Eddie Howe has lost all of his 12 top-flight meetings with City, while Pep Guardiola has a 100% record in previous games against the Geordies' boss.

Manchester United vs Liverpool (Monday, 8pm, Sky Sports)

For the first time ever in the top fight, rivals United and Liverpool face off with both searching for their first wins of the season.

The Anfield club are in better shape for this one though after two draws compared to a pair of miserable defeats at the start of Erik ten Hag’s reign as Red Devils boss.

Ten Hag could become just the second United manager to lose his first three games at the helm after John Chapman in 1921.

Monday’s hosts have won just one of their last 12 Premier League clashes with the Reds, while the visitors are aiming for their third straight league win at Old Trafford.
