England will face Italy in their first European Championship final at Wembley on Sunday.
After Italy drew 1-1 with Spain at the end of extra time, penalties were required with the Azzurri triumphing 4-2.
England then required extra time to overcame Denmark 2-1 on Wednesday.
Goals from Harry Kane and a Simon Kjaer own goal settled an epic tussle in the Three Lions' favour.
Ahead of the semi-finals, we’ve put together the ultimate guide with everything you need to know.
July 6 – Match 49: Italy 1-1 Spain (4-2 pens)
Italy became the first team to book their place in Sunday's European Championship final by beating Spain 4-2 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
Federico Chiesa put the Azzurri ahead after 60 minutes before substitute Alvaro Morata levelled for La Roja 10 minutes from time.
Extra time did not live up to the preceding 90 minutes with chances at a premium.
Both sides missed their first spot-kicks before Morata's effort was saved by Gianluigi Donnarumma, leaving Jorginho to step up and convert the winner for Italy.

July 7 – Match 50: England 2-1 Denmark (aet)
England reached their first European Championship final – and just their second major final ever - by coming from behind to beat Denmark 2-1 in extra time.
Mikkel Damsgaard cracked the Danes into a 30th-minute lead with a free-kick that Jordan Pickford might have done better with.
Nine minutes later, Denmark skipper Simon Kjaer put through his own goal when under pressure from Raheem Sterling to drag England level.
Gareth Southgate's side piled on the pressure but were unable to force a winner in 90 minutes, sending the game to extra time.
Halfway through the additional 30 minutes, Sterling was fouled in the box. Harry Kane took, and missed, the resulting spot-kick but converted the rebound.
England now return to Wembley on Sunday to face Italy for the right to be crowned European champions for the first time in their history.
