Amir Khan and Kell Brook traded verbal blows during a fiery press conference ahead of their domestic grudge match on Saturday night.
The British rivals will finally collide at a 149lb catchweight at the Manchester Arena after years of hurling insults at each other.
Khan, 35, insists Sheffield star Brook has always been jealous of him.
And he reiterated that accusation earlier today as tempers flared in front of the media.
The former WBA and IBF world light-welterweight champ said: "I think Kell's always been very obsessed with my career. He's been a fanboy.
"I think there comes a stage where I've been living in his head for such a long time that he needs to start paying me some rent."
Brook, who held the IBF world welterweight title from 2014 to 2017, wasted little time in snapping back.
The Special One, 35, blasted: "He's definitely going to sleep Saturday night when I smash him in.

"He took this fight because he thinks I'm half broken. He's made a massive mistake."
Tickets for the showdown sold out within minutes as fight fans snapped up their seats for a bout that has captured the public’s imagination — despite both fighters being beyond their prime.
And with their careers seemingly on the line, Khan vowed to leave nothing to chance on the night.
He said: "I'm going to go for the kill. But I'm experienced enough at this age to not make mistakes and go off the game plan.
"The beating he'll get is like nothing he's got before.

"People say it's too late [for the fight]. The outcome of this will be huge. It is the right time."
Brook added: "I've always acknowledged his achievements. But he has never given me the same respect.
"The beating I'll give him, he won't be able to shake my hand [after the fight]. He won't have the energy."
