Weekend acca predictions: Five teams to back across Europe on Sunday
Recommended bets:
- Monaco to beat Lens
- Nice to beat Angers
- Bayern Munich to beat Freiburg
- Fiorentina to beat Monza
- Real Madrid to beat Real Betis
The early-season action continues on Sunday with a whole host of games from Europe's top leagues and our five-fold, which would return at 6/1 with LiveScore Bet if successful, features continental heavyweights Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
Sunday, 2pm
Two sides with identical, perfect records after two league games meet at the Stade Louis-II in the French top flight when Monaco host Lens.
Monaco have beaten St Etienne 1-0 at home and Lyon 2-0 away, while Lens won 1-0 at Angers before a 2-0 home success over Brest.
This is likely to be tight and tense but Monaco can edge it as Lens come into the game on the back of a disappointing UEFA Conference League exit at the play-off round stage at Panathinaikos on Thursday.
Sunday, 4pm
Both Angers and Nice are yet to win in Ligue 1 this season but the latter, who finished fifth last term, will expect to record a victory when they travel to their newly-promoted opponents this weekend.
Angers look to be in for a difficult campaign as they have lost their opening two games without scoring. Even though Nice have only picked up a point so far in a 1-1 draw against Toulouse, they ended last season unbeaten in their final five away matches.
Sunday, 4.30pm
Vincent Kompany's first Bundesliga game in charge of Bayern Munich ended in a 3-2 win at Wolfsburg thanks to Serge Gnabry's late winner and the Bavarian giants can make it two from two when they host Freiburg.
The visitors also started with a win, seeing off Stuttgart 3-1 last weekend, but up against a side containing the talents of Michael Olise, Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala and Gnabry — to name just four — they are likely to struggle.
Sunday, 5.30pm
In one of four Serie A games on Sunday, Fiorentina should have too much at home for a Monza outfit that has lost twice without scoring so far.
La Viola recorded back-to-back draws against Parma and Venezia to start the season but should be on a high for this clash as they earned a UEFA Conference League spot on Thursday by beating Puskas Akademia on penalties in the play-off round.
Sunday, 8.30pm
Real Madrid have dropped points early on in the season in draws with Mallorca and Las Palmas but they should not have too many problems against a Real Betis outfit on Sunday that finished 38 points worse off than them last term.
