Mikel Arteta knows Arsenal face a tough trip to Newcastle at lunchtime on Saturday

The Premier League action comes thick and fast this weekend and there are seven matches taking place on Saturday, starting with Arsenal's trip to Newcastle.

Newcastle vs Arsenal (Saturday, 12.30pm)

The Magpies are without a win in five league games and have scored just three goals in this period and that could point towards a low-scoring affair in the north-east this weekend.

Mikel Arteta’s side have sometimes struggled to make an impact going forward on their travels, scoring just five times in four league away days and seeing under 2.5 goals land in three of them.

Bournemouth vs Manchester City (Saturday, 3pm)

Manchester City have yet to lose in the Premier League and, despite their mounting injury problems, it would still be a surprise if they slipped up at Bournemouth.

The Cherries have scored in all but one of their home league games this season and they can again register a goal in front of their own fans, although it is unlikely to be enough to secure what would be a famous victory.

Ipswich vs Leicester (Saturday, 3pm)

Leicester gave Arsenal a fright as they went down to two late goals in a 4-2 defeat at the Emirates, while they showed their fighting spirit in recovering from a two-goal deficit to claim a 3-2 win at struggling Southampton.

That should give them plenty of confidence that they can win against Ipswich at Portman Road and stretch further away from the bottom three.

Liverpool vs Brighton (Saturday, 3pm)

While Liverpool can be rampant on their day at Anfield, their last two matches finished 2-2 and 3-2, so it shows there are also some vulnerabilities to exploit at the back.

Brighton have played expansive and attacking football under Fabian Hurzeler and that is reflected in their recent scorelines, with five of their last six fixtures producing over 3.5 goals.

Nottingham Forest vs West Ham (Saturday, 3pm)

Nottingham Forest have suffered just one defeat in the league and come into the game in fine form, with seven points taken from the last available nine.

They also have a decent home record against West Ham and have won this fixture in each of the last two seasons.

The Hammers have not managed back-to-back Premier League wins yet this season and their two previous victories have been followed up by league losses.

Southampton vs Everton (Saturday, 3pm)

Everton were convincing winners against another of the newly-promoted sides, Ipswich, in their last away fixture and they should have the attacking weapons to hurt a Southampton side who are easy on the eye, but appear to be lacking a clinical edge for this level.

The Toffees appear a lot further down the road with their improvement than the Saints, so backing Everton in the Draw No Bet market could be the way to approach this crunch clash between two of the bottom five.

Wolves vs Crystal Palace (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Crystal Palace are starting to build some momentum with victories over Spurs and Aston Villa and Oliver Glasner will be hoping his side can keep improving when they head to Molineux, a stadium they have won at on two of their last three trips.

The Eagles have the bit between their teeth and look capable of piling more misery on Wolves, who could be forced into a managerial change if results do not improve.
