The bulk of Euro 2024 qualifying has been completed with only the play-offs to come in March.

Twenty-one teams are already on their way to Germany next summer and we have taken a look at the top scorers from the qualifiers ahead of the group stage draw on December 2.

Romelu Lukaku (14 goals)

Romelu Lukaku finished his Euro 2024 qualifying campaign with four first-half strikes in Belgium's 5-0 win over Azerbaijan.

The Roma striker, 30, is now joint-seventh on the list of all-time leading international goalscorers with 83.

And his total of 14 goals is the most ever by a player in a single European Championship qualifying term.

Cristiano Ronaldo (10 goals)

Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo is the leading scorer in the history of European Championship qualifying with 41 goals — 18 more than any other player.

The 38-year-old scored braces against Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovakia, while also bagging a last-minute winner in Iceland on Matchday 4.

Ronaldo's overall tally for Portugal now stands at 128 and he is showing no signs of slowing down.

Kylian Mbappe (nine goals)

The Golden Boot winner at last winter's World Cup, Kylian Mbappe is now France's third-highest scorer in history after another superb qualifying campaign.

His tally of nine, which included a hat-trick in a 14-0 victory over Gibraltar, has moved the Les Bleus skipper on to 46 international goals — just five fewer than Thierry Henry.

Mbappe also notched braces home and away against the Netherlands as Didier Deschamps' side qualified for Euro 2024 with ease.

Harry Kane (eight goals)

England skipper Harry Kane extended his lead as the nation's top scorer with another prolific qualifying term.

The Bayern Munich hitman struck eight times in as many matches, netting twice in the 3-1 victory over Italy which booked the Three Lions' place at Euro 2024.

Kane has scored 62 goals in 89 international appearances, a typically formidable record for one of the world's best strikers.

Rasmus Hojlund (seven goals)

Despite missing Denmark's final two qualifiers through injury, Rasmus Hojlund features among the top scorers.

The Manchester United marksman, 20, scored a hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Finland on Matchday 1 and then netted a brace in Kazakhstan during the Danes' next outing — which they ultimately lost 3-2.

Hojlund will be looking to extend his impressive start on the international scene at Euro 2024.

Scott McTominay (seven goals)

An unexpected face among the leading goal-getters, Scott McTominay has evolved into Scotland's most potent attacking weapon.

With seven strikes in eight appearances, the United lynchpin's heroics in the final third were key to Steve Clarke's men securing their place at Euro 2024.

McTominay scored both goals in Scotland's famous 2-0 win over Spain in March, while also netting a brace in Cyprus on Matchday 1.
