Among the Monday racing action is a six-race evening offering from Ripon.

They race at Yorkshire's Garden Racecourse from 5.25pm to 7.55pm as the summer season edges closer to a conclusion.

Conditions are set to be good to soft for the meeting and we have selected five horses for you to follow.

5.25pm - Family Day Bank Holiday Monday 30th August Maiden Stakes (1m)

After finishing third in a strong Newmarket maiden in June on debut, ANGEL AMADEA was expected to take some beating at Lingfield over this trip on the Polytrack 13 days ago on her second start.

In reality, she could only manage third place again. She was not suited by a slow pace set in front by the eventual winner, who should prove decent in time too.

Back on the grass, William Haggas' daughter of Dark Angel should hold strong claims of opening her account.

LiveScore Selection: Angel Amadea

5.55pm - Vaccination Centre Volunteers Thank You Handicap (5f)

Adrian Keatley's Twice Adaay drops in trip as she looks to bounce back

Adrian Keatley's filly TWICE ADAAY was produced with a strong late run to get off the mark at Beverley (5f, soft) last month, scoring at the tenth attempt (fifth on turf) and doing so with plenty to spare in the end.

She was duly put up 7lb and never able to land a telling blow from the rear over 6f on Newcastle's all-weather since.

She takes on some exposed rivals back on turf now with Ryan Sexton potentially good value claiming 7lb and is worth siding with back down in trip.

LiveScore Selection: Twice Adaay

6.25pm - Best Odds Guaranteed At Ne-bet.com Handicap (2m)

DANCE TO PARIS was very determined in the finish last month at York over a similar trip when holding Ghadbbaan at bay.

The runner-up is 1lb better off for a neck defeat but might find that the mare has his number once more.

She appeared to relish being back over this extended trip on the Knavesmire and she was runner-up last summer on her only previous Ripon appearance.

LiveScore Selection: Dance To Paris

7.25pm - Affordable Ownership With Titanium Racing Handicap (1m4f)

Six runners and what appears a very competitive contest over the mile-and-a-half journey.

Ruling any of them out would be churlish but there is reason to believe RAQISA could be the answer to this puzzle.

The Mukhadram filly was having her first start over 1m4f at Thirsk (soft) this month and she came home strongly to net a first win at the fifth attempt, conceding weight all round as she did.

Jedd O'Keefe's filly has only gone up 3lb for the win and ought to make further progress at this distance.

7.55pm - Ripon Racecourse Supporting Ripon Food Angels Handicap (6f)

A course and distance winner in July, GINATO can be excused defeats on the all-weather at Newcastle and at Thirsk since on soft ground.

He was behind the re-opposing Mr Trevor latterly but can almost certainly lay some of the blame for that on traffic problems late in the race as he was denied a clear run.

Armed with a 4lb turnaround now and granted a better share of luck in running, Roger Fell's gelded son of Footstepsinthesand is fancied to avenge that defeat.

LiveScore Selection: Ginato
