- Barcelona have won all eight home matches in all competitions
- Atletico Madrid have won four of their last six home matches to nil
- Real Madrid have won 15 straight home games with Getafe

Hansi Flick's Barca, who host Las Palmas on Saturday, head into the 15th round of Spanish top-flight action with a four-point buffer over rivals Real Madrid, although Los Blancos have a game in hand.

Real lost 2-0 at Liverpool in the Champions League in midweek and will bid to bounce back at home to city rivals Getafe.

Mallorca vs Valencia (Friday, 8pm)

Mallorca got back on the right track at Las Palmas last weekend and can double up with a win over Valencia. Los Che also won last week, but they have been dismal on the road, claiming just two points and scoring two goals.

Score prediction: Mallorca 2-0 Valencia

Barcelona vs Las Palmas (Saturday, 1pm)

Barcelona have faltered recently, but it is difficult to see them slipping up at home to Las Palmas. The hosts have scored 20 goals in their last five home games in all competitions and can take out their frustration on their visitors.

Score prediction: Barcelona 4-1 Las Palmas

Alaves vs Leganes (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Alaves have lost seven of their last eight LaLiga matches, which should encourage Leganes. The visitors found Real Madrid too strong last weekend, but they have beaten Celta Vigo and Sevilla in recent weeks.

Score prediction: Alaves 1-2 Leganes

Publicidad

Espanyol vs Celta Vigo (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Espanyol's poor run continued with a 4-1 defeat at Girona last week and Celta Vigo could add to their woes. The visitors will be bouncing after coming from 2-0 down to draw at home to Barcelona in their most recent outing.

Score prediction: Espanyol 1-2 Celta Vigo

Real Valladolid vs Atletico Madrid (Saturday, 8pm)

In-form Atletico Madrid are starting to think they can catch Barcelona and it will be a shock if they fail to claim three points at Valladolid. The hosts have failed to win any of their last six LaLiga home matches.

Score prediction: Real Valladolid 0-2 Atletico Madrid

Villarreal vs Girona (Sunday, 1pm)

Girona are on a three-match winning league run, but they have not faced a team of Villarreal's quality. The Yellow Submarine have found only Barcelona too strong at home and can prevail in an entertaining contest.

Score prediction: Villarreal 3-1 Girona

Carlo Ancelotti saw his Real Madrid side beaten 2-0 at Liverpool in the Champions League in midweek.

Real Madrid vs Getafe (Sunday 3.15pm)

Real Madrid have a superb home record against local rivals Getafe and can bounce back from their midweek loss.

Publicidad

Los Blancos have won six of seven LaLiga home games, scoring 18 goals, while their visitors have notched just three times on the road.

Score prediction: Real Madrid 2-0 Getafe

Rayo Vallecano vs Athletic Bilbao (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Rayo Vallecano have had a week of rest and can earn a point against Athletic Bilbao, who were in European action on Thursday.

Rayo have already held Atletico Madrid on their own patch, while Bilbao are winless in three LaLiga road matches.

Score prediction: Rayo Vallecano 1-1 Athletic Bilbao

Real Sociedad vs Real Betis (Sunday, 8pm)

Each of Real Sociedad's last six games in all competitions have featured fewer than three goals and this clash with Real Betis could follow suit. Two of the last three meetings at Anoeta have ended in draws.

Score prediction: Real Sociedad 1-1 Real Betis

Sevilla vs Osasuna (Monday, 8pm)

It is hard to have much faith in inconsistent Sevilla. The hosts have been solid at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan, but they are facing an Osasuna team with just one defeat in their last four road games and that was against Real Madrid.

Score prediction: Sevilla 1-1 Osasuna
