Following a group stage to remember, the knockout phase roared into life last week when Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City both picked up victories.

PSG edged a 1-0 win over Real Madrid thanks to Kylian Mbappe's last-gasp strike and City hammered Sporting 5-0 to all but book their place in the quarter-finals.

The following night, FC Salzburg held Bayern Munich to a 1-1 draw while Liverpool won 2-0 at Inter Milan.
