After FA Cup action last weekend, focus on the Premier League resumes and there is also action from Europe’s top leagues, with the games coming thick and fast across the weekend.

Here we have picked out five goalscorers to watch out for across the continent.

Everton vs Tottenham (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Richarlison was Everton’s main goal threat in the not so distant past, but he could play that role for his new club Tottenham when they meet in Saturday’s early kick-off.

The Brazilian has hit the ground running since returning from injury and seems unaffected by captain Heung-min Son’s absence.

Richarlison has seven goals in his last seven Premier League games and is fancied to add to that tally when he faces his former employers.

Darmstadt vs Bayer Leverkusen (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Darmstadt are rock-bottom of the Bundesliga with the worst defensive record in the division and things may get worse when they face Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday.

Xabi Alonso’s men are top of the table and have netted 50 times in 19 games, so could breach their opponents’ defence with regularity.

Florian Wirtz is one of Germany’s outstanding young talents and could be one of the Leverkusen players to find the net in this clash, he could find the scoresheet here.

Frosinone vs AC Milan (Saturday, 5pm)

AC Milan’s Olivier Giroud continues to be one of Italian football’s top goalscorers, netting 10 times in Serie A this season and he could notch another against Frosinone.

Only one team has conceded more goals in the division than the hosts’ 41 so take Giroud and Milan to take full advantage of their leaky backline.

Veteran striker Olivier Giroud continues to be a quality performer for AC Milan.

Girona vs Real Sociedad (Saturday, 8pm)

Girona have been the surprise package in LaLiga this season and one of their standouts has been winger Viktor Tsygankov.

The Ukrainian already has four league goals this term and he looks a big price to net against Real Sociedad on Saturday night.

Arsenal vs Liverpool (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Darwin Nunez is the most trigger-happy striker in the Premier League and he took things to a new level against Chelsea in midweek with 10 shots on goal.

He hit the woodwork four times and by simple volume of output, looks likely to score against Arsenal.

The Uruguayan has three goals in his last four league matches and can extend that run with one against the Gunners.
