There another seven fixtures in the European Championship qualifying competition coming up on Saturday and although there are not too many of Europe's big guns in action, there is still plenty at stake.

Sweden will be hoping to make up ground in Group F when they travel to Estonia, Switzerland will look to consolidate their position at the top of Group I when they make the trip to Kosovo, while Romania and Israel face off with both bidding to close the gap to the Swiss.

Saturday, 5pm

Sweden have had a disappointing start to Euro 2024 qualifiers, losing two of their opening three games, but they have a solid opportunity to bounce back when they face Estonia on Saturday.

Publicidad

The Eastern Europeans have taken just a point from their three games and have only netted twice in the process.

The Swedes have won six of their last eight games, barring the two defeats to Belgium and Austria.

They have been posed little problems by the teams they have been expected to beat, getting the better of Azerbaijan, Finland and Algeria without conceding.

Against an Estonian side that was beaten 3-0 by Belgium last time out, Sweden are fancied to bounce back with a victory in which they also keep a clean sheet.

Saturday, 7.45pm

Switzerland have been in rock solid form since the World Cup, winning three and drawing one of their four qualifying matches.

Publicidad

Those results have seen them top Group I while they have scored 12 goals in the process.

They take on a Kosovo side that have just three points from their four games, after struggling to find the net.

Primoz Gliha’s men have scored just three goals in their four matches and have had to settle for three stalemates.

The Swiss side are the class act in this group and Kosovo look likely to struggle as they have not won any of their last six games.

Back Switzerland to win this one.

Alon Hazan has some quality attacking options in his Israel ranks as they spy an upset in Romania

Group I is one of the more intriguing sections of the Euro 2024 qualifying draw, with progressive slides Romania and Israel sat in second and third, respectively, behind Switzerland.

Romania have been in solid form, drawing with both Kosovo and the Swiss.

However Israel have also been putting in some strong performances and could sneak a surprise victory on the road.

Tottenham’s Manor Solomon and Liel Abada are two impressive young talents and midfielder Oscar Gloukh has already secured a move to RB Salzburg at 19 years old, netting twice in his first six appearances for his nation.

Publicidad

The Blue and Whites should continue improving and are fancied in the draw no bet market against a Romanian side that were beaten by Slovenia in the last 12 months.
