Brighton vs Wolves predictions: Winless Wolves' woeful run to continue

Brighton have enjoyed a fine start to the season under new boss Fabian Hurzeler and they are likely to inflict more misery on Wolves when the Premier League's bottom team visits the Amex Stadium.
Wolves will feel big decisions have gone against them at crucial times this season to leave them rooted to the foot of the table, but the fact is Gary O'Neil's side have managed just one point from their first eight games.
The last thing they need is a trip to in-form Brighton, then, who have impressively beaten Tottenham and Newcastle in their last two games.
Team news
Danny Welbeck picked up an untimely back injury in the victory at Newcastle and the Brighton striker is set to be out for at least a fortnight, although the injury is not as bad as first feared.
The Seagulls are also without Adam Webster, James Milner, Matt O'Riley and Solly March, while there are doubts over the fitness of both Simon Adingra and Joao Pedro ahead of the Wolves clash.
The visitors remain without the services of Hee Chan Hwang, Yerson Mosquera, Boubacar Traore and Enso Gonzalez for the trip to the south coast.

Brighton are unbeaten at home in all competitions this season, having won four and drawn two at the Amex so far.
Wolves' long run without an away win stretches back 11 games in all competitions, since a 2-1 success at Tottenham on February 17.
Before picking up an injury against Newcastle, Welbeck had been in fine goalscoring form for Brighton with five goals in nine appearances all told this season.
Jorgan Strand Larsen has been one of the pluses for Wolves in an otherwise disappointing season so far as the Norwegian striker has scored three goals and got two assists in all competitions following his summer loan move from Celta Vigo.
Prediction
Wolves have been somewhat unfortunate as things have gone against them in the early weeks of the campaign and an undoubted tough set of early fixtures has hampered any chance of progress.
However, although they have played well in spells, there have also been some poor displays from O'Neil's men.
The 5-3 defeat at Brentford in their most recent away trip was a particular low point and even though they have competed in difficult games — including in 2-1 home defeats to both Liverpool and Manchester City — they have also lost at Aston Villa, heavily at home to Chelsea (6-2) and to Saturday's opponents in the Carabao Cup.
It is fair to say not too much can be read into that 3-2 cup loss as a much-changed side was narrowly beaten by the Seagulls, but there is no getting away from the fact that overall Wolves are displaying relegation form.
The worrying 5-3 defeat at the hands of the Bees was criticised heavily by O'Neil and another performance of that ilk would see them being on the end of a similarly big defeat here.
Wolves showed enough against City last weekend to suggest they are capable of picking up wins in the league when they are at their best but with Brighton flying high under the impressive Hurzeler, it could be a similar tale of pain for the visitors.
In each of their last six defeats they have at least got on the scoresheet, though, and another familiar defeat looks to be on the horizon.
