Bayern Munich are set to make a fourth bid for Tottenham talisman Harry Kane and will raise their offer to nearly £95million including add-ons.

The Bundesliga champions have been unsuccessful in their pursuit of the England captain so far this summer and time is running out to strike a deal.

The Times report the German giants had planned to withdraw their interest if Spurs chairman Daniel Levy did not accept their previous bid of £86m — but that stance has now changed.

Kane, 30, would like his future resolved by the end of the week and is planning on committing to his boyhood club for another year if he is still there for the Premier League opener against Brentford on Sunday.

With just one year left on his contract, there remains hope that Levy can convince the striker to sign an extension if things go well under new head coach Ange Postecoglou.

Spurs have reportedly offered a new deal to their No10 that would see him double his weekly wages of £200,000 — but the club's record goalscorer is in no rush to sign.

As it stands, Kane is preparing to face the Bees and looks set to continue his bid to become the Premier League's all-time top goalscorer ahead of Alan Shearer, who leads him by 47 strikes.
