International men's football takes centre stage this week as some eye-catching friendlies are littered among Euro 2024 play-offs.

Tuesday, March 19 — Ajax vs Chelsea (DAZN and TNT Sports, 5.45pm)

Chelsea could still win four trophies in Emma Hayes' final season at the club and will be keen to get this Women's Champions League quarter-final tie won in the first leg so they can concentrate on future challenges.

The Blues were unbeaten in the group stage and should continue their serene progress.

Thursday, March 21 — Wales vs Finland (Viaplay Sports 1, 7.45pm)

The Cardiff City stadium will be bouncing as Wales play the first of what they hope will be two Euro 2024 play-off matches in the next fortnight.

Finland await in the semi-finals — and Robert Page's side will have to find a way of getting over the line to set up a home clash with either Poland or Estonia in a winner-takes-all final qualifier.

Thursday, March 21 — Poland vs Estonia (Viaplay, 7.45pm)

Welsh fans will be able to keep an eye on the Poles' efforts against Estonia, with talisman Robert Lewandowski likely to play another key role.

It would come as a major shock should the hosts not progress in Warsaw, with the likes of Jakub Kiwior, Matty Cash and Wojciech Szczesny also among their ranks.

Friday, March 22 — Netherlands vs Scotland (Viaplay Sports 1, 7.45pm)

Scotland will have the chance to test their Euros credentials with an exciting trip to the Netherlands.

Steve Clarke's side are ready to open the tournament against hosts Germany in June and a positive performance here would further whet the appetite.

Saturday, March 23 — Manchester City vs Manchester United (BBC One, 12.30pm)

In the Women's Super League, Manchester City can pile the pressure on Chelsea by going top of the table in the weekend's early kick-off.

They take on rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium in a game you will not want to miss on Saturday lunchtime.

Saturday, March 24 — England vs Brazil (Channel 4, 7pm)

Attentions will turn to Wembley on Saturday evening as England's Euros preparations ramp up against the mighty Brazil.

Some of the best players in the world will be on show in what should be more than just a run-of-the-mill friendly.

And it is an opportunity for Gareth Southgate's side to show they are ready to end 58 years of hurt in Germany this summer.

Saturday, March 24 — France vs Germany (Viaplay Sports 1, 8pm)

A match between two favourites for the summer tournament, the Germans have the chance to test where they are at under Julian Nagelsmann in Lyon.

In turn, Didier Deschamps' hosts will be hoping to send out a message that they are the team to beat.

Kylian Mbappe is in frightening form, bagging his fourth hat-trick of the season for Paris Saint-Germain last Sunday and could be worth tuning in for alone.
