There is a fascinating eight-race card coming up from Fairyhouse on Sunday.

All eyes may be eagerly counting down to the Euro 2020 Final at Wembley on Sunday evening but, ahead of that, it's an afternoon of high-class sporting action for fans to enjoy, including some quality racing from Ireland.

There's a Group 3 on the card at Fairyhouse via the Brownstown Stakes for the fillies and mares at 3.20pm. It's a busy day at the Co Meath venue, with their eight-race card running from 1.00pm through until 5.05pm on ground rated 'Good-good to firm in places'.

LiveScore Five To Follow at Fairyhouse on Sunday.

1pm - Irish EBF Median Sires Series Maiden (6f)

He didn't show much under restrained tactics on his racecourse bow at Tipperary (5f, good to yielding) at the start of June, but SHOEBOX KING certainly built on that effort when taking a silver medal over this C&D 30 days ago.

Kevin Coleman's Acclaim colt was sent forward early by Luke McAteer in that race and was only claimed late on by the Donnacha O'Brien-trained Silver Surfer. From a decent draw, aggressive tactics are likely again now and McAteer has established himself as a good front-running rider, so they should make a bold bid here.

LiveScore Selection: Shoebox King

2.10pm - Rybo Handicap (6f)

Affable had MRS BOUQUET behind in third spot when they clashed over C&D eight days ago but the Toronado filly may gain some revenge now. Ronan Whelan's mount was all dressed up with nowhere to go in that race, forced to sit and wait as Joey Sheridan on the eventual winner held her in.

The hat-trick seeking Affable is now 6lb higher in the ratings for that win and should go well again, but Mrs Bouquet made up plenty of ground once in the clear last time and, granted a trouble-free run, is up to turning it around.

LiveScore Selection: Mrs Bouquet

2.45pm - GAIN The Advantage Series Handicap (6f)

HELL LEFT LOOSE managed a trio of autumn wins on turf last season after joining Denis Hogan, scoring at distances up to 6½-furlongs at Naas, Navan and Limerick and rising some 17lb in the ratings along the way. That took him to a mark in the mid-60s and his first two runs of this season were nothing to shout about.

He did take a step in the right direction at Naas (6f, good) last month however and is now on a mark of 58 and weighted to go well. This is a slightly stronger race than last time but factoring in the 7lb claim of Izzy Clifton, there's reason for optimism if that was a sign of a corner being turned, while first-time cheekpieces can be another positive.

LiveScore Selection: Hell Left Loose

3.20pm - Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes (Fillies & Mares Group 3, 7f)

Heavy ground at the Curragh was surely no aid to VALERIA MESSALINA in her seasonal bow back in May and Jessica Harrington's charge stepped up on that when again contesting at Group 2 level in the Duke Of Cambridge Stakes at Royal Ascot (1m, good to firm) last month.

Just as was the case in the Matron Stakes at Leopardstown in September, she wilted somewhat in the final furlong and this 7f trip may be her optimum for now.

She's dropped in trip/class now and is entitled to a good deal of respect in seeking to win back-to-back renewals of this Group 3 event under Shane Foley.

LiveScore Selection: Valeria Messalina

3.55pm - Get Ready For Galway, Join tote.ie Handicap (1m4f)

Call Me Sweetheart and Prince Of Verona are last-time-out winners but they face a thriving rival here in FEMALE APPROACH for the Noel Meade team.

The Camelot shaped nicely on handicap bow at Sligo in May but the increased trip/better ground combination has since brought her wins over C&D and at Limerick on successive days in June.

She will need to improve again after the handicapper had his say since, but she looks one to stay on the right side of and gets 13lb from those other recent winners.

LiveScore Selection: Female Approach
