It is day four of Glorious Goodwood and it has been a fantastic week so far.

The top-class action continues at the Sussex racecourse, with the King George Qatar Stakes being the highlight of the action on Friday afternoon.

Here are our five horses to follow.

1.50pm - Unibet 3 Boosts A Day Goodwood Handicap (2m4½f)

Dual-purpose gelding ELYSIAN FLAME has been in good form since returning to the Flat.

He prevailed at Newbury (2m½f) back in April, while last time out in the Ascot Stakes (2m4f), he came home third of 19, beaten by less than two lengths.

Michael and David Easterby's stayer has gone up just 2lb for that run at Royal Ascot.

He remains off a mark which gives him a great chance of scoring over a distance he is proven at.

Selection: Elysian Flame

2.25pm - Bonhams Thoroughbred Stakes (Group 3, 1m)

BAAEED could not have looked any more impressive in his three appearances on the track so far.

He remains unbeaten with his latest success coming in a Listed contest at Newmarket (1m). Jockey Jim Crowley hardly had to push his mount, he travelled with such ease.

This race is the next test in the horse's career. The son of Sea The Stars may well be a class above his rivals here so he can make it four wins from four in this Group Three affair.

Selection: Baaeed

3pm - Unibet Golden Mile Handicap (1m)

A first win of the season arrived for MAGICAL MORNING on Eclipse day at Sandown when he prevailed by a narrow margin ahead of Maydanny, who gets another shot at the gelding in this valuable handicap contest.

John and Thady Gosden's runner was expected to improve on his seasonal reappearance in the Royal Hunt Cup, where he could only finish eighth and he did just that.

He will carry a 3lb penalty but that may not be enough to stop him from following up as there may be more to come from this horse.

Selection: Magical Morning

3.35pm - King George Qatar Stakes (Group 2, 5f)

Battaash is looking for his fifth successive win in the King George Qatar Stakes
Battaash is looking for his fifth successive win in the King George Qatar Stakes

BATTAASH has been unstoppable in this race over the last four years.

He has won each renewal of this sprint contest since 2017 and this course is clearly one that the leading sprinter has enjoyed racing at more than any other in his career.

At the age of seven, the question is, does Charles Hills' stable star still have the appetite for racing? He could only finish fourth in the King's Stand Stake at Royal Ascot.

Expect to see him step up from that run and extend his record in this race to five straight wins.

Selection: Battaash

4.10pm - l'Ormarins Queen's Plate Glorious Stakes (Group 3 - 1m4f)

MOGUL is a two-time Group One winner who has had a lot of success in big races abroad.

His form in the UK this season has not been great but he has been running at the very highest level.

A drop down in class should help him and if he is anywhere near his best, he will take some stopping.

Recent Listed winner Euchen Glen is the obvious danger but he has a 3lb penalty to overcome.

Selection: Mogul
