The new-look Champions League continues this week with nine Matchday Five games on Tuesday and another nine on Wednesday.

We preview each game, with a score prediction for every tie.

Slovan Bratislava vs AC Milan (Tuesday, 5.45pm)

Slovan Bratislava are bottom of the table after four defeats and another looks on the cards when they host an AC Milan side that has won two and lost two in the competition so far.

Score prediction: Slovan Bratislava 0-2 AC Milan

Sparta Prague vs Atletico Madrid (Tuesday, 5.45pm)

Sparta Prague started their Champions League campaign with a win and a draw but they have since lost 5-0 at Manchester City and 2-1 at home to Brest.

Atletico Madrid have mixed fine wins over RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain with disappointing defeats to Benfica and Lille but the Spanish side should have too much for their opponents from the Czech Republic.

Score prediction: Sparta Prague 1-2 Atletico Madrid

Barcelona vs Brest (Tuesday, 8pm)

Barcelona have recovered well from their shock opening defeat to Monaco, picking up nine points since in victories over Young Boys, Bayern Munich and Crvena zvezda.

Brest are fourth after making a superb start to their debut Champions League campaign with three wins and a draw. However, up against Barca the French outfit look set to fall to a first defeat.

Score prediction: Barcelona 3-1 Brest

Bayer Leverkusen vs RB Salzburg

Bayer Leverkusen should bounce back from their 4-0 defeat at Liverpool on Matchday Four with a home win over RB Salzburg, who have lost three of their first four games.

Score prediction: Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 RB Salzburg

Bayern Munich vs Paris Saint-Germain (Tuesday, 8pm)

Bayern Munich have won their last six games in all competitions without conceding a goal but in Europe they have had mixed results, beating Dinamo Zagreb and Benfica while losing to Aston Villa and Barcelona.

PSG are also in need of a win in the Champions League as they have picked up just four points so far but up against an in-form Bayern, the French champions are set to struggle.

Score prediction: Bayern Munich 2-0 Paris Saint-Germain

Inter Milan vs RB Leipzig (Tuesday, 8pm)

Inter Milan are unbeaten in their last 10 games in all competitions, winning eight of them and they can stay on course for a top-eight finish in the Champions League by securing a home victory over RB Leipzig, who have lost all four of their games.

Score prediction: Inter Milan 3-0 RB Leipzig

Manchester City vs Feyenoord (Tuesday, 8pm)

Manchester City's current run of five consecutive defeats included a 4-1 loss at Sporting Lisbon on Matchday Four and they will be desperate to get their campaign back on track with a home win over Feyenoord, who have picked up six points in the Champions League from their first four games.

Score prediction: Manchester City 2-1 Feyenoord

Sporting Lisbon vs Arsenal (Tuesday, 8pm)

Sporting Lisbon are on a nine-game winning streak and appear to have taken the departure of boss Ruben Amorim to Manchester United in their stride.

Under new head coach Joao Pereira, they hammered lower league side Amarante 6-0 in the Portuguese Cup on Friday and will provide a stiff test for Arsenal, who have seven points from their first four games in the Champions League.

Score prediction: Sporting Lisbon 1-1 Arsenal

Young Boys vs Atalanta (Tuesday, 8pm)

Young Boys are still without a point in the Champions League and their painful run of defeats looks set to continue when they host an Atalanta side that has won their last six in all competitions and have eight points on the board in Europe so far.

Score prediction: Young Boys 1-3 Atalanta

Crvena zvezda vs Stuttgart (Wednesday, 5.45pm)

Crvena zvezda are 11 points clear at the top of the Serbian league but in the Champions League it has been a different story as they are one of the five clubs at the bottom who have lost all four of their fixtures.

Stuttgart earned a great 1-0 win at Juventus on Matchday Three but then lost 2-0 at home to Atalanta last time out so they need all three points on Wednesday to boost their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stage.

Score prediction: Crvena zvezda 1-2 Stuttgart

Sturm Graz vs Girona (Wednesday, 5.45pm)

Sturm Graz are also yet to pick up a point in the competition but they look capable of earning a home draw with Girona, who have won one and lost three in their debut season in the Champions League.

Score prediction: Sturm Graz 1-1 Girona

Aston Villa vs Juventus (Wednesday, 8pm)

Villa made a flying start in the Champions League, winning their first three games, but a 1-0 defeat at Club Brugge on Matchday four has formed part of a six-game winless run all told.

They face a Juventus side that has secured seven points so far and it could be a difficult evening for Unai Emery's men.

Score prediction: Aston Villa 1-2 Juventus

Bologna vs Lille (Wednesday, 8pm)

Bologna have managed just a point in the Champions League and they look set to suffer defeat at the hands of a Lille side that has beaten Real and Atletico Madrid and drawn with Juventus so far.

Score prediction: Bologna 0-2 Lille

Celtic vs Club Brugge (Wednesday, 8pm)

Celtic have given themselves a chance of making the top eight thanks to wins over Slovan Bratislava and RB Leipzig and a draw with Atalanta, ensuring the 7-1 defeat at Borussia Dortmund on Matchday Two has not done too much damage.

Club Brugge got a good win over Aston Villa in their most recent European outing and earlier beat Sturm Graz so they will provide a stiff test for the Hoops.

Score prediction: Celtic 1-1 Club Brugge

Dinamo Zagreb vs Borussia Dortmund (Wednesday, 8pm)

Dinamo Zagreb have bounced back impressively from their 9-2 defeat to Bayern Munich, drawing with Monaco and then beating Salzburg and Slovan Bratislava away.

Getting anything against Dortmund looks tough, however, as the German giants have won three of their four games in the competition.

Score prediction: Dinamo Zagreb 0-1 Borussia Dortmund

Liverpool vs Real Madrid (Wednesday, 8pm)

A repeat of the 2018 and 2022 Champions League final sees top-of-the-table Liverpool host reigning champions Real Madrid, who have six points on the board so far.

The in-form Reds have won 16 of their 18 games in all competitions and are the only side with a perfect record in the Champions League with four wins from four.

Score prediction: Liverpool 2-2 Real Madrid

Monaco vs Benfica (Wednesday, 8pm)

Monaco are unbeaten, with three wins from four and can edge out a Benfica side that has lost their last two in Europe to Feyenoord and Bayern Munich.

Score prediction: Monaco 1-0 Benfica

PSV Eindhoven vs Shakhtar Donetsk (Wednesday, 8pm)

Both PSV and Shakhtar got their first wins of the Champions League season last time out and this is set to be an evenly-contested affair in the Netherlands.

Score prediction: PSV Eindhoven 1-1 Shakhtar Donetsk
