Bragging rights are up for grabs at Ewood Park on Saturday when fierce rivals Blackburn and Burnley face off in the Championship.

Rovers are sitting just one place outside of the play-off positions heading into the contest, behind sixth-placed West Brom on goal difference, while the Clarets are riding high in second, with just three points the gap to leaders Leeds.

Team news

Blackburn's Todd Cantwell missed the draw against Leeds on New Year's Day due to illness but is expected to return to the matchday squad.

Scott Wharton, Harry Pickering, Hayden Carter and Lewis Travis remain sidelined because of injury, while Arnor Sigurdsson and Zak Gilsenan are closing in on a return although this match is likely to come too soon.

The Clarets remain without the services of Jordan Beyer, Aaron Ramsey, Enock Agyei, Manuel Benson, Nathan Redmond and Mike Tresor.
