Fulham have completed the signing of Raul Jimenez from Wolves.

The striker, 32, has joined on a contract until 2025, with the Cottagers holding an option to extend for a further 12 months.

He said: "It's really important for me to arrive here. I will try to do my best for the team, one of the most iconic teams in the Premier League.

"I'm happy to be here and to play in this stadium, it's a really good stadium, I like it here.

"I’m going to give my best to keep scoring goals in the Premier League."

Mexico international Jimenez departs Molineux after five seasons, having made 166 appearances and registering 57 goals and 24 assists in all competitions.

Interest in Fulham's talisman Aleksandar Mitrovic from Saudi side Al-Hilal saw the Cottagers move quickly for Jimenez, with the Serbian's future at the club cast in a shadow of doubt.

Following the move, Tony Khan said: "I'm excited to welcome Raul to Fulham.

"He will be familiar to Fulham supporters as he’s had great experience playing in the Premier League and in international football with Mexico.

"It's important for us to follow up on last season's success, and we believe that the addition of Raul can help us strengthen the squad as we aim for another successful season in the Premier League!"

Jimenez is the first signing of the summer for Marco Silva's side, who face Everton at Goodison Park in their Premier League opener on August 12.
