Kylian Mbappe is reportedly set to sign for Real Madrid after informing Paris Saint-Germain he will not be renewing his deal with the club.

The France captain will be out of contract at the end of the campaign having turned down a new offer last summer.

It is not yet confirmed where the 25-year-old star will play his football next term but you can keep up with all the big news and rumours right here.

March 20: The right fit?

Kylian Mbappe is set to join Real Madrid this summer — but he is not certain to be a perfect match.

The Frenchman has previously been reluctant to play as a No9 but will surely need to for his new club, while he will be competing with Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior for notoriety.

We detail the reasons why things might not work out.

March 20: Dani demands unity

Full-back Dani Carvajal insists the potential arrival of Kylian Mbappe will not lead to jealousy inside the Real Madrid dressing room.

The Frenchman is bound to be considered the star attraction at the Bernabeu but the experienced 32-year-old defender is confident it will not affect team morale.

He said: "Jealousy, no. When somebody gets a bit out of line, you grab them by the ear and put them back on track."

March 19: Ratcliffe says no

New Manchester United co-owner has ruled out any attempt to sign Kylian Mbappe this summer.

The Frenchman is seemingly certain to sign for Real Madrid and Ratcliffe wants United to take a different approach in the transfer market.

He said: "I'd rather find the next Mbappe, rather than spend a fortune to buy success. It’s not that clever to buy Mbappe."

March 6: Rift talk rubbish

Kylian Mbappe dismissed suggestions of a rift between himself and Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique after scoring twice against Real Sociedad in the Champions League last 16.

The outgoing forward said: "I always want to play in the Champions League — it is a very important competition. I could never be a player who hides.

"My relationship with the coach is good. There is no problem even if people might think that there is. I have many issues but the coach is not one of them."

March 5: Brave new world

Paris Saint-Germain are already looking ahead to next season — when Kylian Mbappe is unlikely to still be at the club.

With Luis Enrique using the France star more sparingly in recent games, he is reducing their dependency on their record goalscorer.

LiveScore have taken a look at how the Ligue 1 giants could shape up in the post-Mbappe era.
