England's success in the last two years has meant plenty of Lionesses are now household names — and a host of youngsters are dreaming of being the next star.

Grace Clinton, Khiara Keating and Jess Park have all recently graduated to the senior side, with Tottenham midfielder Clinton scoring on her international debut against Austria last Friday.

And with the Under-23s joining the Lionesses on a warm weather training camp in Spain this month, plenty of other burgeoning talents have the chance to impress manager Sarina Wiegman.

After another batch of impressive performances in the win over Italy on Tuesday evening, we look at the Young Lionesses next in line to make their mark.

Laura Blindkilde Brown (Manchester City)

Laura Blindkilde Brown is one of the Women's Super League's most talked about players following her £200,000 move to Manchester City from Aston Villa last month.

A standout performer for the Villans during the first half of the campaign, the midfielder is now hoping to follow City team-mates Lauren Hemp and Chloe Kelly by excelling for the Lionesses.

Speaking exclusively to LiveScore earlier this month, the 20-year-old said: "I realised a lot of City players represent England.

"And the way City play, I really think I can fit into that style.

"Sarina loves ball-playing midfielders and me being part of this team fighting for the WSL title is only going to raise my levels.

"Hopefully it'll push me into the England fold because Sarina knows any player representing City has to be good on the ball."

Aggie Beever-Jones

Aggie Beever-Jones was named on the bench for the win against Austria last Friday a day after scoring for the U-23s against Spain.

And following a breakout season for Chelsea, the forward looks well set to secure a place at Euro 2025 if she continues on her current trajectory.

Beever Jones, 20, has bagged five goals in her 10 WSL games for Emma Hayes' champions and while she is not short of competition in Wiegman's side, she might be the best of the current attacking stars looking to break in.

Missy Bo Kearns (Liverpool)

With nearly 100 Liverpool games under her belt and even a few as captain this season, Missy Bo Kearns is one of the more experienced of England's young contenders.

Kearns, 22, also skippers the U-23s side — which suggests she may have the leadership skills to make the step up to senior international football.

Again, dislodging the likes of Fran Kirby, Georgia Stanway and Keira Walsh in England's midfield is no easy task but Clinton's recent emergence shows there is space for others to impress.

Naomi Layzell (Bristol City)

Naomi Layzell, still only 19, has impressed for Bristol City this season despite their precarious position at the foot of the WSL.

The centre-back has featured in 16 games in all competitions for the Robins this term and found herself drafted in to train with Wiegman's European champions last week.

She said: "It was really exciting. Nerve-racking obviously but I was really happy with the opportunity.

"It doesn't come around every day and to play and train with some of the best players in the world, you're going to snatch at that chance if you can get it."
