West Brom return home from a road trip in which they picked up two points from a dour 0-0 stalemate at Bristol City and a thrilling 2-2 draw at Watford.
Two wins, two losses and three draws tells you all about West Brom's consistency — or lack of it — and Millwall are in a similar position.

Carlos Corberan has all but said Jeremy Sarmiento will make his first start in a role alongside Brandon Thomas-Asante.
Corberan has promised other changes too, especially after sending out the same starting XI at Watford as he did at Bristol City.
That means Alex Mowatt or Nathaniel Chalobah probably comes in for Okay Yokuslu while Conor Townsend can surely expect a start.
Matt Phillips and Jed Wallace may also be given time off on the bench.
For Millwall, two-goal striker Kevin Nisbet is definitely out after picking up an injury against Rotherham.
Shaun Hutchinson and George Honeyman were already missing.
Keeper Matija Sarkic is still out but Bartosz Bialkowski's clean sheet against Rotherham means he would have been hard to displace anyway.

Both teams have scored in each of West Brom's last six home league games, all six producing at least three goals.

The lack of any sort of consistency being shown by either of these clubs makes this match a tough one to call.
Both West Brom and Millwall would have expected to be nearer the top six by now but their form has been undeniably frustrating.
The Baggies will hope they have steadied the ship on the back of a pair of away draws while Millwall finally lit a fuse on Wednesday by battering Rotherham 3-0. However, Rotherham, it has to be said, are terrible travellers and were awful on the night.

It seems Jeremy Sarmiento is going to get a first start since arriving from Brighton, and the talented Ecuadorian youngster could easily light up this side — and this match.
