Sadio Mane looks set for a move away from Bayern Munich after just one season in Germany.

Mane, 31, signed from Liverpool in a £35million deal last summer but has struggled to make an impact in the Bundesliga, scoring seven goals and producing five assists.

Bayern won their 11th consecutive title in dramatic style but manager Thomas Tuchel is still keen to revamp his squad after a relatively underwhelming season.

Mane could be one of those he looks to sell — with a move to the Saudi Pro League appearing most likely.

The winger looks set for the move after Bayern president Herbert Hainer told reporters in Japan: "FC Bayern is informed about this [talks]. These are initial talks, you have to wait and see."

Hainer is also reported as judging Mane's first season in Germany as "certainly not satisfactory, neither for him, nor for us."

July 24: Saudi pay day

Mane is edging ever closer to a move to Al-Nassr, where he is set to earn around £35.4m in net salary.

According to CBS football correspondent James Benge, Bayern will reportedly receive the same figure as a transfer fee.

July 21: Saudi move close

Mane has agreed terms on a move to Al-Nassr after discussions opened earlier in the week, according to L'Equipe.

The deal would signal the end of a disappointing spell at Bayern for the forward after he signed from Liverpool 12 months ago.
