1. The LiveScore 6 Game (“Promotion”) is a free to play game brought to you by LiveScore Limited, 7.01 World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA (“Promoter” or “we”).
2. These Promotion Terms and Conditions provide information on prizes and how to participate and form the Terms and Conditions of entry. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility:
3.1 To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
(a) be 18 years of age or over and be resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland; and
(b) not be subject to any responsible gambling restrictions, exclusion or self-exclusion period with LiveScore Bet, including but not limited to individuals registered with GAMSTOP, or LiveScore Bet Ireland.
3.2 Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion.
3.3 Any participant who cannot, to the satisfaction of the Promoter, verify that they meet the criteria in paragraph 3 above will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive any Prize (defined below).
4. How to Enter:
4.1 To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must do the following by the Closing Time (see paragraph 5 below):
(a) go to the promotion website https://www.livescore.com/en/football-games/livescore-6/ and accessible via the LiveScore app (“Promotion Website”);
(b) register for a LiveScore account or log-in to your LiveScore account; and
(c) enter your scores for all matches included in a specific round of the Promotion and submit your selections.
4.2 You must have a registered LiveScore account and be logged in to be able to successfully submit your predictions, and successfully finalise your entry.
4.3 Entry is limited to one entry per person per Promotion round.
5. All entries must be received by the Promoter during the times for each round as advertised on the Promotion Website or noted below under paragraph 7.1.1 (“Round”). All entries received after a Round closing. See paragraph 11 below for more detail on rounds.
6. The Promotion will run until terminated at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
7. The Prizes:
7.1 Jackpot Prize:
7.1.1. For the first four (4) Rounds of the Promotion, the Jackpot Prize will be as noted below:

7.1.2. The Jackpot Prize from Round 5 onwards shall be up to £250,000 per Round, unless otherwise stated on the Promotion Website;
7.2. Runner Up Prize: up to £2,500.00,
(each a “Prize”).
7.3 Prizes will be awarded:
7.3.1. in Great British Pounds (“GBP”) to United Kingdom winner(s);
7.3.2. in Euros to Republic of Ireland winner(s). The currency conversion from GBP to Euros is £1= €1.
8. Eligible participants who correctly predict the scores of all six (6) matches included in a round of the Promotion will be entitled to a share of the Jackpot Prize. In the case that more than one eligible participant correctly predicts the scores of all six matches included in a round of Promotion, such participants will be entitled to equal shares of the Jackpot Prize. Any winner of the Jackpot Prize will not be eligible to also receive, in full or in part, the Runner Up Prize.
9. Eligible participants who correctly predict the scores of five (5) matches included in a round of the Promotion will be entitled to a share of the Runner Up Prize. In the case that more than one eligible participant correctly predicts the scores of five matches included in a round of Promotion, such participants will be entitled to equal shares of the Runner Up Prize.
10. Any participant who is self-excluded from LiveScore Bet will not be eligible to receive a Prize. Participants who self-exclude: (i) before entry into a round of the Promotion; or (ii) after an entry into a round of the Promotion but before any Prize has been claimed, will not be eligible to receive a Prize.
11. Rounds, Extra Time & Penalty Shoot-Outs:
11.1 There will be six (6) matches in each round of the Promotion.
11.2 The list of matches and scheduled kick-off times for each round can be viewed on the Promotion Website.
11.3 If one game in a round is postponed,abandoned or not completed (i.e. less than 90 minutes played) the Jackpot Prize is no longer available to be won.
11.4 Participants correctly predicting five (5) scores in a round where one game in a round is postponed, abandoned or not completed (i.e. less than 90 minutes played) will remain eligible to win a share of the Runner Up Prize.
11.5 If more than one game is postponed, abandoned or not completed (i.e. less than 90 minutes played) in a round, the round will be void and no prizes will be available to be won. the Jackpot Prize is no longer available to be won.
11.6 Any goal scored in a match during a penalty shoot-out period will not be counted towards the final score.
11.7 Goal(s) scored during extra time or injury time (i.e., beyond the 45-mins scheduled played in each half of a match) shall count towards the final score.
12. Prize Claim & Winner Notification
12.1 Winners will receive an email or telephone call from the Promoter within 24 hours of the end of each round with instructions on how to claim a Prize (“Prize Notification”).
12.2 Winners will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of Prize Notification to accept a Prize. If Winners do not accept the Prize during this timeframe, the Prize will be forfeited, and no substitute will be offered.
12.3 Winners should allow up to forty-five (45) working days to receive any Prize.
13. All Prize claims are subject to successful verification of eligibility and compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions. You may be asked to verify your age, identity, residence, and any other eligibility or verification information to the satisfaction of the Promoter. This may involve sending the Promoter identity documentation.
General
14. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or decline any entry.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or exclude any individuals or group of individuals from the Promotion for where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers is misusing or acting in breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts or identities.
16. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any attempt to participate in the Promotion which is unsuccessful or incomplete for any reason, including as a consequence of communication or network failures.
17. If the Prize is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
18. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
19. Your data may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Promotion Terms and Conditions for the purposes of running this Promotion. This includes contacting you if you are a Prize Winner. We will hold your data for the purposes of this Promotion for up to twelve (12) months after which it will be securely and permanently deleted, unless you have opted in to receive further communications about other goods and services offered by the Promoter which the data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods detailed within our Privacy Policy.
20. The Winner details will be available on request to the Promoter. A winner who wishes to object to their details being made available can email dpo@livescore.com at any time after entering the Promotion. For the winner’s details, please write to LiveScore including the Promotion name using the following contact details within thirty (30) days of the closing date of the Promotion: support@livescore.com.
21. Where an entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications during the process of entering the Promotion, that entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information to provide the entrant with information about goods and services of the Promoter, which may be of interest to the entrant. The entrant can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe option as detailed within any given communication. The entrant’s data will be not shared or sold to any other third party outside the Promoters group of companies.
22. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
23. Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits the Promoter’s liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the monetary value of a Prize. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of this promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or an entrant; (f) participation in this promotion; (g) use of any prize.
25. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we shall provide appropriate notification.
26. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall as far as possible, continue in full force and effect.
27. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise as a result of accepting their prize. The Promoter is not responsible for such tax implications and prize winners should seek independent financial advice where necessary.
28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
