House music duo ARTBAT spoke exclusively to LiveScore ahead of the Manchester derby in the Premier League this weekend.

Having played a set at the Qatar World Cup and Game4Ukraine, Artur and Batish discuss their love of football, their favourite FC 24 players and who they want to win at Old Trafford.

The beautiful game

Artur: We are fans of the beautiful game.

We don't really follow one team but we enjoy Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham.

Derby games like the one this weekend are always interesting because there is so much history of competition and there is lots of feeling between the clubs.

Most of all we enjoy the passion. 

Batish: Last year, we played at the Qatar World Cup and the emotions inside the stadium were insane. 

It's in the game

Artur: We play FIFA — FC 24 it is now called — a lot in our free time so the reason we like lots of players is connected to that game.

Kyle Walker is one of our favourite players on there. He is the best right-back and one of the quickest players.

Joao Cancelo is also good to play with.

I like players who dribble and keep the ball close. I play a lot with Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes. They are amazing.

With Erling Haaland, you can just take the ball, run and score but he does not keep the ball so close.

Batish: Artur likes Fernandes, I prefer to play with Kevin De Bruyne. 

And of course David de Gea — we want him to return to Manchester United.

A cool experience

Artur: We played a set at Game4Ukraine at Stamford Bridge in August, which was a pleasure.

The weather was not the best but this is typical of London! The stadium was still 70-80% full and it was amazing to be part of such a big event.

We were able to stay and watch the match and it was a pretty cool experience.

Batish: We also met two of our football icons, Rio Ferdinand and Andriy Shevchenko. 

It was a cool day and a very good atmosphere.

Restore some pride

Artur: I will be supporting United in the derby on Sunday because I wish them to be in a better position than they are now.

City are in great condition and we know they are amazing — but hopefully United will be feeling good after they beat Copenhagen in the Champions League.

Statistically, United have won more Manchester derby games than City in history but only one of the last five.

I am hoping for an amazing game but also that United bring some balance to the fixture as we know City will play well.
