- Bournemouth have won five of their last six league games
- Fulham were beaten 2-0 at home by Burnley on Saturday
- Recommended bet: Bournemouth to win

In-form Bournemouth have won their last three games and look set to make it four from four when they host Fulham on Boxing Day.

The Cherries have impressed in recent weeks and, after picking up three wins on the trot on the road, they are now back home for Christmas, hosting the Cottagers.

Andoni Iraola's men are tipped to maintain their superb run as they begin to imagine a push towards the top six.

It took a while for the Spanish coach's methods to take hold on the south coast but now they are thriving following eye-catching away wins at Crystal Palace, Manchester United and, on Saturday, Nottingham Forest.

Fulham went down to an unexpected 2-0 home loss to Burnley on Saturday and remain inconsistent under Marco Silva.

Team news

Milos Kerkez and Darren Randolph are both out till early in the New Year at least for the hosts, and while Lloyd Kelly, Max Aarons, Emiliano Marcondes and Ryan Fredericks are all making good progress from their injuries, this clash looks to come too soon.

Raul Jimenez is suspended for Fulham as he serves the final match of his three-game ban.

Tim Ream, Adama Traore and Tyrese Francois will all be assessed with the trio major injury doubts for the trip south.

The stats

Fulham have not won any of their last eight away Premier League games.

The Cottagers have only scored nine goals in their nine away games so far.

Bournemouth are on an overall run of six league games without defeat, winning five.

Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke has scored 11 goals in the top flight this season, with only Mohamed Salah and Erling Haaland netting more than the 26-year-old.

Prediction

Bournemouth have moved up to mid-table due to their stunning recent form and are now a point above Tuesday's opponents with a game in hand.

They can secure another fine win by seeing off the Cottagers, who have been inconsistent of late.

Marco Silva's men were on a high after successive 5-0 wins over West Ham and Forest at the start of the month, before being brought back down to earth by a 3-0 loss at Newcastle.

They progressed through to the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup when seeing off Everton on penalties before Saturday's disappointing home reverse at the hands of struggling Burnley.

With the Cherries flying, this can end with another three points for Iraola's men as Fulham's inconsistencies continue.
