We are getting right into the thick of the Euro 2024 action with three more games on Thursday.

Slovenia and Serbia will be looking for their first Group C victory, while there are a couple of huge games later in the day with England looking to book their place in the last 16 against Denmark, while Spain or holders Italy will make it through the the knockout phase with a victory in Gelsenkirchen.

Denmark vs England (Thursday, 5pm)

Bet 1: England to win

Publicidad

England were not convincing in their 1-0 opening win over Serbia, but they look well-equipped to see off Denmark, who did not convince in qualifying and were held by Slovenia in their opener.

Bet 2: Christian Eriksen to have a shot on target

Christian Eriksen scored Denmark’s goal in Sunday’s draw in Stuttgart and the Manchester United man had five attempts in that match so he could at least test England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.

Bet 3: Trent Alexander-Arnold to have a shot on target

Trent Alexander-Arnold looks set to continue in the England midfield and had a shot on target against Serbia. He also scored in a recent friendly win over Bosnia, so expect at least one effort from the Liverpool star.

Spain vs Italy (Thursday, 8pm)

Federico Dimarco can be a threat when Italy face Spain in Gelsenkirchen.

Bet 1: Spain to win

Publicidad

Spain were superb in seeing off Croatia in their opening clash and they should have too much for Italy, who are not the side they were when they won the Euros three years ago and were not convincing in beating Albania.

Bet 2: Spain to score over 1.5 goals

Spain have plenty of forward options and have scored 16 goals in their last four matches, so they can knock in at least a couple against the Azzurri.

Bet 3: Federico Dimarco to have a shot

Inter’s Federico Dimarco enjoyed plenty of space on the Italian left against Albania and needed no second invitation to push forward, so he could muster at least one goal attempt.
