MK Dons came from behind to beat Swindon 3-1 in Sky Bet League Two.

Harry Smith put Ian Holloway’s team in front inside 20 seconds, before Kane Thompson-Sommers equalised in first-half stoppage-time.

Goals by MJ Williams and Alex Gilbey after half-time then won the game for the hosts in the second half.

The Wiltshire team made the best possible start as Smith headed Ollie Clarke’s cross past Tom McGill to give them a first minute lead.

MK Dons pushed for an equaliser in first half stoppage time, as Jack Bycroft kept out Joe Tomlinson and Alex Gilbey, before Thompson-Sommers turned the ball in after Bycroft saved a Scott Hogan shot.

McGill denied Clarke just after the break, before two goals put the Dons in control.

In the 57th minute, Williams fired in the rebound after Laurence Maguire struck the post, then Gilbey headed home Aaron Nemane’s cross seven minutes later.

Swindon substitute Paul Glatzel had a few chances to set up an exciting finish but the visitors sunk to a third defeat in four league games.
