Dejan Kulusevski insists Tottenham must learn from their match against Manchester City after netting a late equaliser at the Etihad.

The Swedish international headed home in the 90th minute to level the game at 3-3 but the winger was not satisfied with just a point away to the champions.

He said: "It was an unbelievable second half from us. I am proud of the guys and really we have to play like this all season.

"[It was] really hard, but the second half was unbelievable. It was too bad that we conceded that goal because, if we kept playing like that, we would have won the game, but we have to learn.

"There are a lot of things to learn but, if we can just learn to get better mentally, then we will be on top.

"[Coming from behind] is the best always. I don't think anything. Think as little as possible and God will do the work."

Captain Heung-Min Son was also on the scoresheet for Ange Postecoglou's side, bagging the opener for Spurs before scoring an own goal three minutes later.

But the South Korean was not too upset with the error and praised the determination on show from the North London outfit.

He said: "Obviously Manchester City are a huge, huge team and one of the best teams in the world. 

"But that's why we love football, it happens sometimes. We kept believing until 90 minutes so I'm very proud of the team.

"The lads haven't given up until the last whistle and it was brilliant work from Brennan [Johnson], unbelievable cross inside the box, and obviously Dejan doesn't score headers usually but I'm very proud of him. He's massive. 

"I think this point will bring us so much for the season. I think it's a huge point for the team and the players' confidence."
