Jai Rowe fired an equaliser for Boston but their winless National League run extended to 10 matches after a 1-1 home draw against Dagenham.
Dylan Stephenson gave Dagenham a 27th-minute lead on his full league debut, running on to Junior Morais’s through-ball and rounding the goalkeeper to slot home
The Pilgrims equalised shortly before half-time through Rowe’s superb 20-yard effort after he had been teed up by Billy Chadwick.
Boston pressed for the winner and Dagenham goalkeeper Elliot Justham made a crucial save to deny Frankie Maguire in the closing stages, but there would be no further goals.
