Zhilei Zhang has assured Joe Joyce of another blinding display in their hotly-anticipated heavyweight rematch on Saturday.

The Chinese fighter, 40, shocked the world five months ago by stopping the Juggernaut in the sixth round having inflicted brutal damage to his right eye.

And the man known as Big Bang has now set his sights on a similar outcome at Wembley Arena.

Zhang said: "It's nice and simple now. I know his weakness is his eyes, so I'm going to go for his eyes. That's it.

"For the first fight, you gave me the opportunity and your team made a mistake in choosing me.

"Now your team is going for a rematch, which is an even bigger mistake. I'm here to end your career.

"I am the tiger and I am hungry. You do not take food out of a tiger's mouth."

Career crossroads

Having entered the first bout with a perfect record of 15-0, Joyce was among the frontrunners for a title shot against either Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk.

But the 38-year-old must now find a way of reversing what was a one-sided defeat if he is to prolong his career at the highest level.

Speaking at a packed press conference, Joyce hinted different tactics will be on show when the two giants run things back.

The Londoner said: "The first fight exposed a lot of mistakes me and the team made in the camp, so it's about correcting those.

"Going to my next fights, not that I'm overlooking Zhang, but I have to get those things right.

"A lot of small changes can make a big difference and that's what we've done.

"I've trained seriously for this. He's a tough test and it's going to be a great fight. I'm really looking forward to getting the victory this time."
