There is plenty to play for in Europe's elite divisions with title races and relegation battles still to reach their conclusions and this weekend we have picked out two games from Germany's Bundesliga, one match from Spain's LaLiga, one game from France's Ligue 1 and one fixture from Italy's Serie A.

Saturday, 2.30pm

Despite losing Der Klassiker 4-2 against Bayern Munich at the start of the month, Borussia Dortmund are still firmly in the race for the Bundesliga title and only trail their Bavarian counterparts by two points heading into this weekend's fixtures.

With no involvement in European competition and having been knocked out of the DFB Pokal by RB Leipzig recently, Dortmund's sole focus is the title race and they are a great bet to defeat Stuttgart this Saturday.

BVB are winless in their last two away games, but they were against Bayern and Revierderby rivals Schalke and before that they had won four away league fixtures on the spin.

Stuttgart, meanwhile, are in a relegation battle with only five wins recorded in 27 matches this season and they could be out of their depth in this one.

Saturday, 3.15pm

Real Sociedad got a key win under their belt against Getafe last time out but there is no ignoring the fact their form has been poor of late and they should be opposed against rivals Athletic Bilbao in the Basque derby.

Prior to that Getafe victory, Sociedad had managed only one win in eight matches in all competitions, having drawn blanks in five of those games with Alexander Sorloth's form having gone through the floor.

They are not in great shape right now and lost the corresponding fixture against Bilbao 4-0 last season, so it could be worth siding with the home team again.

PSG are once again the team to beat in Ligue 1 this season but hot on their heels are Lens, who could send shockwaves across France with a win when the sides clash at the Parc des Princes.

Lens are enjoying an extraordinary season in the French top flight and are only six points adrift of juggernauts PSG with eight matches left to play this season.

With 15-goal Lois Openda impressing at one end of the pitch and Kevin Danso marshalling the defence at the other, they are in great shape right now.

Their away record is not brilliant but they have shown an ability to perform in big matches like this, beating PSG back in January and Rennes at the start of this month, so they look a value selection.

Sunday, 6.30pm

Bayer Leverkusen have undergone a serious transformation under Xabi Alonso this season, going from a side just above the relegation zone when he was appointed to knocking on the door for the European places.

Die Werkself had indeed won seven matches on the spin in all competitions prior to their match with Union Saint-Gilloise in the Europa League on Thursday, taking down the likes of Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt recently, and they can add Wolfsburg to their list of scalps.

Wolfsburg are in the mid-table positions in the Bundesliga but have managed only one win in their last five games and even that was only against lowly Stuttgart.

Sunday, 7.45pm

While also in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, Roma harbour hopes of making the top three in Serie A this season and they can keep on the winning trail when they face Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico.

Jose Mourinho's side have won each of their last two games in Serie A against Sampdoria and Torino, keeping clean sheets in both of those matches.

As for Udinese, they are down in the mid-table spots and have managed only two wins in their last 10 assignments, falling to a 3-0 defeat against Bologna in their most recent away contest.
