Last weekend saw some huge clashes across Europe and the big games keep coming, with Saturday evening pitting together two of the Bundesliga’s title hopefuls.

Elsewhere, Fiorentina are out to continue their brilliant form, while Marseille have to pick up the pieces after a humbling home defeat to PSG.

Recommended five-fold: RB Leipzig, Gil Vicente, Fiorentina, Freiburg, Marseille at 28/1 with LiveScore Bet.

Saturday, 5:30pm

Borussia Dortmund spent big in the summer to get closer to Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, but a slow start has left them seven points off the pace.

BVB have won once across their last five games ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Leipzig, while the visitors are level on points with Bayern at the top of the standings heading into this weekend.

Leipzig have won four of their last five in all competitions, with their only setback coming against Liverpool.

The visitors have won four on the bounce in the Bundesliga and they are great value to make it five.

Saturday, 8:30pm

Boavista face a battle to survive given that they are outside of the bottom three on goal difference alone. They are winless in nine and with four defeats in five their prospects are not great ahead of this trip to Gil Vicente.

The hosts have won two of their last three games, beating Estrela 3-0 in their last home game. Take them to add to Boavista’s suffering, with the visitors losing three of their last five trips.

Sunday, 2pm

Fiorentina’s win at Genoa made it six victories on the bounce for la Viola, pushing them into the top four.

They meet a Torino side who steadied the ship with a 1-0 victory over Como at the weekend before a loss at Roma on Thursday.

Il Toro have lost five of their previous six matches and, with La Viola in flying form, take them at odds-against to keep this fine run going.

Raffaele Palladino has seen his Fiorentina side win six games in a row in all competitions.

Sunday, 2:30pm

Freiburg bounced back from a loss at RB Leipzig with a victory over Hamburg in the cup this week, meaning that they have won three of their last four.

Mainz are struggling for results right now and they were hammered 4-0 by Bayern Munich in midweek.

The visitors have lost four of their last seven starts and meet a Freiburg side who have won four of their five home matches this term.

Sunday, 7:45pm

Marseille were blown away at PSG, but they have a fine away record which should help them see off 12th-placed Nantes.

The hosts have lost two of their last three matches and OM make this trip having won four of five games on the road under Roberto De Zerbi’s charge.
