Transfer Talk: Inter Miami keen to team up Modric with Messi
Inter Miami are aiming to sign Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric.
Miami pulled off a major transfer coup when they brought Lionel Messi to Major League Soccer in July.
Alongside Messi, fellow Barcelona legends Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba were picked up by the Florida outfit.
And now Croatian media report they hope to tempt Modric to join Messi and Co in the Sunshine State.
Club co-owner David Beckham is said to be a huge admirer of the 38-year-old who has won five Champions League titles and three LaLiga crowns with Real.
Modric penned a new one-year deal only last June but has seen his playing time diminished by the raft of young stars in Carlo Ancelotti's midfield.
He has started only one league game so far this season with the Italian boss having the likes of Jude Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde at his disposal.
Miami sit second bottom of the Eastern Conference ahead of tonight's trip to Orlando City.
