Transfer Talk: Messi could follow Ronaldo to Saudi Arabia
World Cup winner Lionel Messi could reportedly follow Cristiano Ronaldo to Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo, 37, joined Al Nassr last month after parting company with Manchester United.
And Paris Saint-Germain superstar Messi, who is out of contract in the summer, has now been linked with a move to rival Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Argentina legend, 35, will look for a fesh challenge at the end of the season or agree to extend his stay in Ligue 1.
Gunners eye Vlahovic
Premier League leaders Arsenal have set their sights on Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
The 22-year-old hitman, who is valued in the region of £98million, only joined the Italian giants a year ago.
But Italian outlet La Repubblica report the Gunners are keen to beef up their attacking options by landing the Serbia international.
Wolves ready to pounce
Multiple sources claim Wolves are close to reaching an agreement with Flamengo to sign Joao Gomes.
Talks are ongoing to complete the deal promptly and the 21-year-old central midfielder is tipped to arrive in the UK next week.
Gomes has already made more than 100 senior appearances and represented Brazil at Under-20s level.
In safe hands
Arsenal have signed Canadian international keeper Sabrina D'Angelo.
The 29-year-old stopper joins the Women's Super League club following a four-year spell with Swedish side Vittsjo GIK in the Damallsvenskan and will wear the No14 shirt.
D'Angelo, who has 24 international caps to her name, said: "It feels amazing. It's an honour to be here and I'm so excited to get started with the team.
"This is an incredibly exciting time for Arsenal Women and I want to help the team win trophies and achieve success for our wonderful supporters."
