Sadio Mane looks on course to leave Bayern Munich and link up with Cristiano Ronaldo at Saudi side Al-Nassr.

The Senegalese winger endured a tough first season in Germany after joining the Bundesliga champions from Liverpool on a three-year deal last summer.

Mane made 38 appearances across all competitions and scored 12 goals, with only seven of them coming in league action.

The No10 also had an infamous row with Leroy Sane after Bayern's Champions League defeat at Manchester City in April — which saw him fined by the club.

CBS football correspondent James Benge reports that the 31-year-old is now close to leaving the Allianz Arena to join Al-Nassr.

The Riyadh-based club are said to have submitted a request to the Player Acquisition Centre of Excellence at the Ministry of Sport for the financing of the lucrative deal.

Bayern are set to receive around £34.5million, with Mane pocketing the same amount as a net salary.

Senegal's record goalscorer would be Al-Nassr's fourth major acquisition of the summer following the arrivals of Marcelo Brozovic, Seko Fofana and Alex Telles.
