Arsenal are ready to offer Marcus Rashford a route out of Manchester United.

The Gunners desperately need to sign a striker this summer with both Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah out of contract.

They were linked with a whole host of players in January but failed to add any of them to Mikel Arteta’s squad.

But Rashford has cut an increasingly frustrated figure at Old Trafford in recent weeks and was videoed appearing to argue with fans after Atletico Madrid knocked the Red Devils out of the Champions League.

The Mirror report that his situation has alerted Arteta and Arsenal, who will try to tempt the 24-year-old to the Emirates before next season.

Rashford has only started 10 Premier League games this term, scoring just four goals in the top flight and five in all competitions.

He was left out of the starting XI for the Manchester derby despite no other strikers being fit and again for the crucial second leg against Atleti.

That sparked rumours that he was unhappy at United and with his current contract running out in 2023, he could leave his boyhood club.

He is not the only striker Arsenal have been linked with though, with Everton reportedly ready to sell Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The Sun say both the Gunners and London rivals West Ham are keen on the England international, who has had an injury-plagued season and failed to score since August.
