Transfer Talk: De Gea weighing up Inter Miami offer
David de Gea has been offered the chance to join up with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami.
The Spaniard, 33, has been a free agent since leaving Manchester United in the summer.
A report in The Star says the goalkeeper is considering a number of offers — including one from David Beckham's Major League Soccer outfit.
De Gea reportedly rejected a money-spinning deal from the Saudi Pro League in favour of a move closer to home.
According to The Sun, he turned down a whopping £500,000-per-week offer to join Al-Nassr, who are captained by former team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo.
A return to LaLiga is De Gea's preference, with both Real Betis and Valencia interested in the former Atletico Madrid custodian.
Yet the Premier League winner knows he will not earn anything close to the £350,000-per-week wage he earned at United.
That appears to be the biggest stumbling block to resuming his career in Europe and could open the door to a switch to Miami.
