With just a few hours left until the January transfer window slams shut, clubs have precious little time to ship out any unwanted players before the 11pm deadline.

Several Premier League stars have been linked with moves away and some may yet be ushered out of the door tonight.

Read on as we take a look at five players who could benefit from a last-minute switch.

Armando Broja

Chelsea are yet to excel in front of goal this season and remain some way off challenging for a top-four spot.

Striker Armando Broja, 22, has been at the club since 2009 but is still not being afforded regular opportunities to establish himself for the Blues.

Having netted only three times for the club in 38 appearances, it may be time for the Albania international to consider a fresh start in a less demanding environment.

Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford's name hit the headlines for the wrong reasons last week after being dropped from the Manchester United squad that beat Newport County in the FA Cup fourth round.

The England forward is cutting a frustrated figure both on and off the pitch with Erik ten Hag at the helm and he may be running out of chances at his boyhood club.

Links to Paris Saint-Germain have emerged in recent days and like Jadon Sancho before him, Rashford could recapture his best form away from Old Trafford.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg

Midfield enforcer Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg reportedly turned down a move to Lyon in recent weeks but remains a bit-part player under Ange Postecoglou.

The Denmark international, 28, has featured in all but one of Tottenham's Premier League matches this term but has only been named in the starting XI five times.

And with the pending return of Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma from the Africa Cup of Nations, a transfer away from North London looks a likely next step for Hojbjerg.

Eddie Nketiah

Mikel Arteta has Arsenal on an upward trajectory but Eddie Nketiah may not be around to aid their title push much longer.

The 24-year-old has 11 goal contributions in all competitions for the Gunners this season but has still not earned the full trust of his manager, starting just one of Arsenal's last 11 league matches.

Ivan Toney is also being heavily linked with a summer switch to the Emirates and any efforts to bring in another striker would be a huge blow to Nketiah's hopes of making it in North London.

Jhon Duran

Rounding off our deadline day list is Aston Villa youngster Jhon Duran.

With Ollie Watkins continuing to fire in the Midlands, the 20-year-old's future is up in the air despite being sidelined with a significant hamstring injury.

Chelsea and West Ham have been linked with the Colombian finisher who has yet to start a top-flight match under Unai Emery this season.

But with Villa reportedly needing to sell to meet financial fair play requirements, he could yet depart before the close of play.
