England beat Germany in extra-time in the Women's Euro 2022 final at Wembley — breaking a number of long-standing records in the process.

Substitutes Ella Toone and Chloe Kelly were the Lionesses' heroines at the national stadium.

Manchester United star Toone gave England the lead in the 62nd minute before Lina Magull levelled 11 minutes from time.

With 10 minutes of extra-time remaining, it was Manchester City winger Kelly who grabbed the all-important goal for Sarina Wiegman's side.
