Spain vs England Bet Builder tips: 18/1 treble for the clash in Berlin
- Spain and England meet in the Euro 2024 final
- Lamine Yamal has either scored or assisted in his last three appearances
- Dani Olmo has scored in each of his last three games for Spain
Euro 2024 wraps up on Sunday, with England taking on Spain in the final in Berlin. The Three Lions have had some incredible ups and downs on the way to a second consecutive Euro final, while Spain have eliminated some of the continent’s biggest names.
After putting Italy and Croatia to the sword in the group stage, the Spanish have put out hosts Germany and France in the last two rounds. La Roja have been the most impressive team at the finals and with some big wins under their belt, they will be tricky opponents for England.
Spain vs England (Sunday, 8pm)
Bet 1: Lamine Yamal to score or assist
Spanish wonderkid Lamine Yamal scored his first goal of the tournament in the semi-finals, netting a long-range stunner to level the score against France. The winger has had plenty of efforts at goal in Germany and that brilliant effort was a just reward for his work.
Yamal has been the story of the tournament for Spain alongside Nico Williams. Both players will surely relish this contest, which has them lining up against an England side who are exposed on the flanks in their 3-4-2-1 system.
Yamal has the tougher assignment against Luke Shaw, but the Barcelona winger has either scored or assisted in each of his last three games. Back him to be involved in a goal once again.
Bet 2: Dani Olmo to have 1+ shot on target
With Pedri injured, RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo has burst into the Spanish side. He is playing as their most advanced central midfielder and has been excellent through the knockout rounds.
Olmo has scored in each of Spain’s last three games, while he has had a total of 15 shots at this tournament. Given the advanced positions he gets in, the Leipzig midfielder is great value for another effort on goal.
Bet 3: Marc Cucurella to be carded
Chelsea wing-back Cucurella has been a surprise mainstay for the Spanish on their run to the final. He hasn’t always impressed in the Premier League and he still remains the potential weak link in this Spanish side.
Cucurella has made a foul in each of his games at the Euros and the left-back could have a tough evening in prospect. He will be up against Bukayo Saka, who has carried England on his own at times in this tournament.
With Saka set to run at him for 90 minutes, Cucurella looks a good bet for his first booking of the tournament. He was carded 10 times in the Premier League last season, including in home and away meetings with Arsenal.
