The Premier League season is already taking shape after two weeks of action and Everton have made a poor start, losing both of their opening games without scoring. Sean Dyche’s men now face a Bournemouth side that have drawn both of their matches so far.

In the late kick-off defending champions Manchester City visit West Ham, who will be riding high after beating Crystal Palace 2-0 last weekend.

Everton vs Bournemouth (Saturday, 3pm)

Bet 1: Bournemouth to win

Bournemouth were unfortunate not to get all three points from their home clash against Newcastle last time out with some controversial late decisions going against them.

The Cherries’ pressing caused the Magpies all sorts of problems and could well repeat the trick against an Everton team that have plenty of injuries, so side with the visitors to increase the Toffees’ woes.

Bet 2:  Evanilson to score at any time

Evanilson looked bright on his debut and narrowly missed a chance to score. The signing of the Brazilian was something of a coup for Andoni Iraola’s team and he can get his first goal in this clash.

The 24-year-old scored 17 goals in 30 starts in the Portuguese top flight and Champions League last term.

Bet 3: Both teams to score

Bournemouth have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last three Premier League away games and may fall to the same fate here.

West Ham v Manchester City (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Lucas Paqueta is already off the mark this season and is an obvious goal threat as West Ham's penalty taker
Lucas Paqueta is already off the mark this season and is an obvious goal threat as West Ham's penalty taker

Bet 1: Both teams to score

Both teams have netted in six of the last eight meetings between West Ham and Manchester City and the defending champions have looked vulnerable at the back at times recently.

Bet 2: Lucas Paqueta to score at any time

Lucas Paqueta netted eight times in all competitions last season and has already opened his account for the new campaign.

The Brazilian is the Hammers’ penalty taker and can find the net in this one.

Bet 3: Over 2.5 goals

Manchester City have scored six goals in their first two matches of the season and could test a new-look West Ham defence, take the overs.
