All 10 matches on the final day of the Premier League season kick off at 4pm on Sunday with Manchester City needing a win to guarantee the title, while Arsenal will be hoping West Ham can do them a favour.

There is still some work to do to determine those teams that qualify for next season's Europa League and Europa Conference League, while Nottingham Forest will look for the positive result that will secure their survival in the top flight.

Arsenal vs Everton

If Arsenal want to be celebrating title glory on Sunday evening, they need to defeat Everton and hope Manchester City fail to claim three points at home to West Ham.

Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa

A huge reason for Crystal Palace's flying recent form has been the output Oliver Glasner is getting out of their front three as Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze and Jean-Philippe Mateta have all enjoyed an excellent end to the season, with the latter fancied most to keep up his fine form on the final day.

Tottenham have endured a poor end to the campaign, losing five of their last six games as a top-four finish has slipped through their fingers.
