Second-half goals from Max Kretzschmar and Kallum Cesay gave in-form Wealdstone a 2-0 win over Rochdale in their Vanarama National League match at Grosvenor Vale.

The hosts made a positive start and saw a goal ruled out from Sam Ashford for offside in the 32nd minute.

Kretzschmar then broke the deadlock shortly after the start of the second half when he slotted the ball into the corner in the 46th minute.

Cesay doubled the hosts’ advantage in the 67th minute when he was sent through one-on-one as the in-form Stones climbed out of the relegation places with a third win from four league games.
