- Abdul Fatawu scored the winner in the FA Cup win at Bournemouth last time out
- QPR have kept just one clean sheet from their last six matches
- Recommended bet: Abdul Fatawu to score anytime

Leicester will be looking to cement their position at the top of the Championship when they welcome relegation-threatened QPR to King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Foxes have suffered two defeats in a row in the league to allow both Leeds and Ipswich within six points and Enzo Maresca will be eager for his side to get back to winning ways in England's second tier.

Leicester did defeat Bournemouth 1-0 at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday to book their spot in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup and they will be confident of maintaining that form against the R's, who are only outside the relegation zone on goal difference.

Team news

Leicester remain without the services of midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, who is not expected to return from a leg injury until mid-April, while Jamie Vardy is a doubt after missing the last two matches with a groin problem.

QPR have almost a full squad to choose from, with Rayan Kolli the only absentee because of a leg injury.

The stats

Leicester have the joint second-best home record in the Championship, with their tally of 40 points behind only Leeds (43).

The Foxes have failed to score in just two of their 18 matches at King Power Stadium in all competitions this season, while they have scored two or more in seven of their last nine home assignments in the league.

Abdul Fatawu has scored four goals in all competitions this term, with two of these coming in his last four appearances.

QPR have won two of their last three away fixtures, beating Blackburn and Bristol City, but they have lost their last two trips to Leicester with an aggregate score of 6-1.

Prediction

Priced at 3/10 with LiveScore Bet, Leicester are the firm favourites to pick up the victory, while they are 10/11 to win to nil, so it may prove prudent to look elsewhere for some value.

That brings us to the anytime goalscorer market and Leicester's Fatawu is a tempting proposition, given the fact he heads into this clash after scoring a super winner against Bournemouth in the FA Cup.

The Ghana international has now struck twice in his last four outings and he should have done enough to convince manager Maresca to hand him a start.

Fatawu's pace and eye for goal should stand him in good stead to notch for the second game running against a QPR side that have kept just one clean sheet from their last six assignments.
