Diego Simeone has seen Atletico Madrid concede only two home goals in LaLiga so far

- Atletico Madrid have conceded just two goals at home
- Barcelona are averaging 2.75 goals on the road
- Only one of Real Madrid's five away games featured more than two goals

Barcelona are setting the pace at the top of the LaLiga table but La Blaugrana went into the break on the back of a 1-0 road defeat at Real Sociedad. They will attempt to bounce back at Celta Vigo on Saturday before title rivals Real Madrid host Leganes on Sunday.

The LaLiga weekend comes to a close in style as Sociedad make the short trip to Bilbao to face Athletic Club Sunday night's Basque derby.

Getafe vs Real Valladolid (Friday, 8pm)

Getafe are winless in five and could struggle to see off Valladolid, who scrapped to a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao last time out. The hosts' last eight games have featured fewer than three goals so a low-scoring stalemate looks likely.

Score prediction: 1-1 draw

Valencia vs Real Betis (Saturday, 1pm)

Valencia are bottom of the LaLiga table, albeit with games in hand, while Betis are flying high in seventh. The visitors have won just once on the road this season but this looks a good chance to claim three points.

Score prediction: Real Betis to win 2-1

Atletico Madrid vs Alaves (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Atletico Madrid are unbeaten at home in LaLiga, winning four of six games, and they boast Spain's meanest defence, shipping just seven goals. Alaves, who have lost five on the spin on the road, look set to struggle.

Score prediction: Atletico Madrid to win 2-0

Girona vs Espanyol (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Girona boss Míchel will be hoping for a fourth win in five in all competition when Espanyol visit
Girona boss Míchel will be hoping for a fourth win in five in all competition when Espanyol visit

Girona have won three of their last four in all competitions and can dispatch Espanyol at the Montilivi. While the lowly visitors have lost six of their last seven, they have found the net in five of those contests.

Score prediction: Girona to win 2-1

Las Palmas vs Real Mallorca (Saturday, 5.30pm)

A run of three victories from four LaLiga matches has boosted confidence in the Las Palmas camp and the Canary Islanders could eke out another win over Mallorca, who haven't scored in three.

Score prediction: Las Palmas to win 1-0

Celta Vigo vs Barcelona (Saturday, 8pm)

Barcelona's two defeats came on the road but they have also claimed some wide-margin wins and Celta Vigo might struggle to stop them. The hosts could find the net, although Barca are likely to be too strong.

Score prediction: Barcelona to win 3-1

Osasuna vs Villarreal (Sunday, 1pm)

Osasuna have emerged as LaLiga's surprise packages this season and can pass a tough test when Villarreal visit El Sadar. Sixteen of the hosts' 21 points have come at home, suggesting they can edge this one.

Score prediction: Osasuna to win 1-0

Sevilla vs Rayo Vallecano (Sunday, 3.15pm)

Sevilla have claimed three wins from their last four home matches and look poised to make that four from five against Vallecano. The visitors have lost two of their last three and have scored just five goals on the road.

Score prediction: Sevilla to win 2-0

Leganes vs Real Madrid (Sunday, 8pm)

Carlo Ancelotti will harbour some concerns over Real Madrid's lack of goals on the road so far
Carlo Ancelotti will harbour some concerns over Real Madrid's lack of goals on the road so far

Leganes have avoided defeat in their last two LaLiga home matches against city rivals Real Madrid. While class should get Los Blancos over the line, they have scored just seven goals in five league road games.

Score prediction: Real Madrid to win 1-0

Athletic Bilbao vs Real Sociedad (Sunday, 8pm)

The home team have won the last five Basque derbies and Athletic Bilbao can continue that pattern at Sam Mames. Only Atletico Madrid have beaten Bilbao at home this term and while Sociedad beat Barcelona last time out, the San Sebastian outfit remain inconsistent.

Score prediction: Athletic Bilbao to win 2-1
