Chloe Kelly scrambled home the winner in extra-time to spark wild celebrations at Wembley as England won Women's Euro 2022.
Fellow sub Ella Toone had handed the Lionesses the lead with a sublime finish after 62 minutes but Lina Magull levelled matters 11 minutes from time.
With the game still deadlocked at 1-1 after the first half of extra-time, Kelly pounced in the 110th minute with her first international goal.
And the Manchester City star, who was booked for tearing off her shirt after scoring, turned out to be the match-winner as Sarina Wiegman's side held on to taste glory at the national stadium in front of a record European Championship crowd of 87,192.
