What are the rules of the Champions League last 16 draw?

Teams cannot be drawn against an opponent from the same nation, nor can they face the side they locked horns with in the group stage.

For example, City will avoid a rematch with Leipzig, while Arsenal cannot draw PSV.

Bayern and Dortmund will not face Bundesliga rivals Leipzig in the last 16.
