Idris Odutayo’s second half goal made it seven League Two games unbeaten for Bromley as they overcame Accrington 2-1.

The Ravens, having beaten Gillingham in midweek, moved up to mid-table with the victory, while Stanley remain in a relegation fight.

It was a quickfire start as Bromley opened the scoring after seven minutes.

Cameron Congreve raced into the area and his pass rebounded into the path of top-scorer Michael Cheek, who slotted home his 11th goal of the season.

Stanley equalised two minutes later when Ben Woods got the ball on the left wing and his low cross-shot evaded everyone before hitting the inside of the far post and bouncing into the net.

Both sides struggled to create further chances in a first half in which the wind caused havoc.

But Bromley went ahead again in the 63rd minute when Odutayo’s free-kick on the right bounced once in the area and ended up in the net.
