The Premier League action comes thick and fast this weekend and there are seven matches taking place on Saturday, starting with West Ham's trip to Tottenham.

Tottenham vs West Ham (12.30pm)

Eight of Tottenham's last nine games in all competitions featured over 2.5 goals, while both teams have scored in 16 of West Ham's last 20 Premier League matches.

Both teams are hard to trust defensively so over 3.5 goals could be the best bet in north London on Saturday.

Fulham vs Aston Villa (3pm)

Fulham are unbeaten at home in 2024-25 and recorded a decent nine home wins at Craven Cottage last term.

Interestingly, both teams have scored in each of their trio of home outings and goals could be the answer in this game.

Over 3.5 goals has landed in two of Fulham's last three matches and three of Aston Villa's last four in the league.

Ipswich vs Everton (3pm)

Having drawn four of their last five Premier League games, it would be little surprise to see Ipswich grind out another stalemate against Sean Dyche’s Everton on Saturday.

It was a goalless draw the last time these sides met at Portman Road in the Premiership back in October 2001 and another stalemate looks to be on the cards here.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag needs a positive result at home to Brentford this weekend

Manchester United vs Brentford (3pm)

Brentford have lost all three away games this season, although those defeats have been at Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham.

All three teams are better than Manchester United and Pep Guardiola, in particular, was gushing about Thomas Frank's side.

Indeed, the Bees took lead at both the Etihad and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but could not hold on, however, they look good enough to end their barren road spell at lesser opponents than that trio.

Newcastle vs Brighton (3pm)

St James' Park is still the fortress it ever was this season with Newcastle unbeaten in four on home soil, winning three and banking a fine 1-1 draw against champions Manchester City in the other.

They have not lost at home since January and, while the goals may have dried up, they have become far tougher to break down with just seven goals conceded.

Brighton are slightly flakier having shipped 10 – the worst record in the top half of the division – and they have conceded at least two in each of their previous four matches.

Southampton vs Leicester (3pm)

The pressure is on Southampton and Leicester, with both Russell Martin and Steve Cooper realising the importance of games like these in their survival fights.

With chances at a premium from two teams who do not fire off many, it would be no surprise if this ends up all-square.

Bournemouth vs Arsenal (5.30pm)

Arsenal have conceded only five Premier League goals on their travels since the start of the year and four of those came in two epic contests against Tottenham and Manchester City.

Bournemouth have been creating plenty of chances, but their conversion rate has been very poor as they adjust to life without Dominic Solanke.

The Cherries failed to score at home to any of the title-contending trio of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City last season and will probably come up short in Saturday evening's clash too.
